Chelsea are looking to sign Metz attacker Habib Diallo and have reportedly sent a €20M bid for him according to Republicain Lorraine.
The forward has 10 goals in Ligue 1 this season, despite playing for a side fighting relegation.
Tottenham and Leicester have previously been linked with the 24-year-old Senegal international.
