Giroud not worried about Werner’s signing

Olivier Giroud has said he doesn’t feel worried about the signing of timo werner to Chelsea from RB liezpzig.

The Frenchman says he is relishing the competition for places and he wants to give Manager Lampard selection headaches.

Speaking to The Guardian, he said and SOCCER PUNCH can confirm:  “He [Werner] is going to be a very good signing and will provide more motivation for strikers.

“I’ve been the super sub but I want to make the gaffer’s choices even more difficult.”
