Lampard on harvertz: “He’s obviously a top player but no bids have gone in for him”

Frank Lampard was quizzed about Bayer Leverkusen’s star Kai Havertz during his Press conference today.

The Blues boss acknowledges the 21-year old performances for the German side this season but insists “no bid” from Chelsea has gone in for him.

Lampard replied reporters when asked about kai havertz:

"He's obviously a top player, but to carry on from my answer before I'm certainly not going to comment on other players at other teams. And it cannot be our focus. So, nothing to say."

He was also asked if any bid has gone in for him, Lampard replied firmly: "No. No bids have gone in."

In addition, Frank Lampard confirmed that Fikayo Tomori and Callum Hudson-Odoi are out of tomorrow night’s game at home to Manchester City.
