Chelsea 2-0 Wolves

             CHELSEA 2-0 WOLVES
Chelsea needed a point to confirm their place in next year’s champions league campaign when they take on wolves in the last premier league game of the season.

The game was bereft of goalscoring opportunity but it was Chelsea who took the lead. Mason Mount curled in a sensational freekick past Rui Patricio on the stroke of halftime. Giroud doubled the blues lead minutes later after Mason Mount played him through 1v1.

The game ended in a victory for Chelsea. They secured Champion league qualification finishing fourth level on points with Manchester United. Manchester United finished third only on goal difference.
