Chelsea won’t be able to recall Gilmour or Gallagher (Athletic)

According to The Athletic, Chelsea will be unable to recall Conor Gallagher and Billy Gilmour from their respective loan moves this January.

This is because both players have made a certain number of appearances for their temporary clubs hence preventing a return to their parent club during mid-season.

Gilmour is on loan at Norwich City while Gallagher is at Crystal Palace.
