Mertens set to sign new Napoli deal (GDS)

Dries Mertens is set to sign a new contract at Napoli after the club reached an agreement with him over a contract renewal as per reports from Gazzetta dello Sport.

Mertens has reportedly accepted a new one year offer which includes a paycut and he is set to earn €1.2 million next season.

The 34-year-old was due to become a free agent in June but looks to have extended his association with the naples club.
